About this portrait-led invite
An online invitation for a work anniversary should put the person first, and this one does exactly that. A large, sunlit portrait of the colleague being celebrated sits right under the headline; you swap in your own photo, ideally one taken at work. The text is a deep slate blue on white rather than harsh black, which keeps it professional but friendly. Bold, sturdy headings break the page into short sections that colleagues take in at a glance.
Guests confirm through the RSVP button, so you know how many drinks to order. Everyone can add the date and time to their calendar with one tap, which cuts down on no-shows. To see it in action, click View online.
