Frequently Asked Questions

Are all features included with each event?

Yes. Every paid event includes the webpage, matching email, social images, calendar link, directions, RSVP and guestbook. You can switch each option on or off per invite.

How do 10-event credits work?

After purchase, you'll get 10 credits in your account. Each time you activate an invite, you use 1 credit instead of paying €19. One credit equals one event.

Can I share credits with others?

Credits are linked to your account and can't be transferred or shared between accounts. You can, of course, collaborate on the same invite within your account.

Do credits expire?

Yes. Credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Most users use them well before then — but if life gets busy, you still have two full years to activate your invites.

When does hosting start?

Hosting only starts when you activate the invite — not when you begin designing it. From activation, each event is hosted for 12 months.
