Soft yellow card for a beloved teacher

A cozy, sentimental farewell gathering

For guests, a farewell invitation online is where they read what is planned, reply with a tap and leave a few words for the teacher who is leaving. This version invites them into a scene many of them will remember: a classroom with old wooden desks, picture books on the shelves and sunlight on the floor, with their teacher in her mustard cardigan in the middle. The pale yellow card beneath tells of stickers, winks and good books, and asks them to come and say thank you.

Three generations of pupils means a lot of stories. In the online guestbook former pupils write about the book that got them reading, parents about her patience and colleagues about years in the staff room. Together those messages become a keepsake she can read again long after the party. So nobody misses the afternoon, guests can add the event to their calendar straight from the invitation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I share it with a large group at once?

Yes. One link is enough for everyone: share it through WhatsApp, e-mail, text message, social media, the school newsletter or a QR code at the school gate.

How do guests reply and leave a memory?

They say whether they will come with the RSVP button and write a memory or a thank-you in the guestbook. They can also open the route to the school on the map.

Does the wide classroom photo suit other farewells?

Yes. The empty classroom works well for any teacher, school leader or teaching assistant who is leaving. Replace the photo with your own picture and the invitation becomes completely yours.

What can I change myself?

The text, the colors and the photo, all in the editor. Change the program, add a line for former pupils or replace the story with your own memories.

What if the time or place changes?

You update it on the same link. Guests who open the invitation again see the new details at once.
