Send a bold white-on-black party invitation

A crisp, monochrome birthday card

Friends who receive this online birthday invitation open a black card with white chalky script and a message from a child about to turn ten. The text is short and playful, and it is clear what to do: come, bring team spirit and take on the host.

Everything a parent needs is on the card: the day, the time, the arena and the pick-up time. They tap through to the route, add the party to their calendar and can read the page on adding an event to the calendar if they want to know how.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to make?

As long as it takes to type in your own details. The layout is set, so you replace the example text and the date and then share the link.

What can the other parents do?

They answer with the RSVP button, open the address in a maps app, put the date in their calendar and leave a message in the guestbook, all from one link.

What does the heading mean?

“Double digits” announces the tenth birthday in the child’s voice. The age is plain text on the card, so you can change the heading and the age together for any birthday.

Can I use my own photo instead of the lettering?

Yes, the lettering can be swapped for a photo of your child or of the arena. The guide on using an illustration instead of a photo shows what is possible.

How does the price compare with printed invitations?

Sending online is cheaper than printing and posting cards. See the pricing page for the options.
