Fawn and gondola ski trip reunion card

A relaxed, sociable get-together invitation

Imagine receiving this online party invitation from a friend: a snowy valley, a fawn looking straight at you and a red gondola gliding overhead. Before you read a word you know it is about skiing. You open the link on your phone, see the headline Back to the slopes and learn that Josh & Nina are hosting a reunion for everyone who joined last winter’s trip, with fondue, photos and plans for the next one.

From the card, guests can reply, check the address of The Gondola Ski Bar in Salt Lake City and leave a message in the guestbook for the hosts. As the host you can send the link by WhatsApp to the whole group, or show a QR code at the office or the club. Friends who forget to answer are easy to find, because the replies come in on one page. That keeps the planning light for you and clear for everyone else, even when the group is big and scattered across several towns.

Frequently asked questions

How fast is the invitation ready?

Quickly. The design is finished, so you only replace the names, place and time. Many people send it within a coffee break.

What do guests see when they open it?

The illustration first, then the headline, the date and place, the programme with fondue and photos, and the request to reply before December 5.

Why a gondola and a fawn?

They set the mood immediately. The gondola stands for the trip you shared and the fawn gives the snowy scene a gentle, friendly touch.

Can I still change something after sending?

Yes. You can edit the details on the same link, so guests always see the latest time or place without a new card.

Is there room for a menu or dress hint?

Yes. The programme block holds a short line, and you can write it your own way, for instance a request to bring an old ski photo.
