Send a white bike repairman farewell

A friendly, rugged farewell gathering

An online farewell invitation is a card guests open on their phone to reply, find the venue and write a message, all on the same page. For a bike mechanic who chatted with every customer, those messages are the heart of it. This white card with forest green headings shows him in his workshop, smiling among the wheels and tools, and invites everyone who ever brought him a flat tyre.

Ask guests to share their memories in the online guestbook: the bike he rebuilt for a first commute, the chain he fixed before a holiday, the coffee he always offered. Want the invitation on the shop door too? Print a QR code for the invitation so passers-by can scan it and reply.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send it today?

Yes. Enter the name, date and address, upload your photo and share the link right away. Late changes are easy because the link stays the same.

How do guests take part?

They reply with the RSVP button, open the location, add the date to their calendar and write in the guestbook. Many customers will add a funny repair story that the mechanic can read back later.

What makes this design fit a bike mechanic?

The wide workshop photo tells the story by itself: bikes, tools and a proud craftsman. The white card keeps it clear, and the green headings and sample text about a farewell bike ride make it unmistakably his party.

Can I replace the sample text?

Of course. The article on replacing the example text explains how to rewrite the story, the program and the reply date. You can change the colours and photo as well.

Can I see who is coming and remind others?

Yes. Your dashboard lists everyone who has replied, and you can send a reminder to those who have not answered yet. That way you know in good time how much food and drink to order for the buffet.
