Requesting a business account

You can’t switch on a business account yourself. Request it at help@eventinfo.pro and we’ll set up your account with you.

What you get

  • Your own branding. Your footer appears under every invitation instead of “made with eventinfo.pro”. See Your own logo and branding.
  • A custom domain name for your invitations (A custom domain name).
  • Colleagues in the same account, each with their own login (Adding colleagues).
  • Company details on your account, such as your address and VAT number, which keeps the paperwork tidy.

How to request it

  1. Email help@eventinfo.pro from the address you log in with, so we can find your account straight away.
  2. Tell us what you need. Just your own footer, or a domain name and colleague logins as well? A rough idea of how many invitations you send a year helps too.
  3. Include your company details: company name, address and VAT number.

We’ll get back to you about the options and the cost. Once everything is set up, you’ll see it on the Account page of your dashboard.
