Creating invitations for your clients

You create the invitations in your own account and send your client the link to review. Only when everything is right do you activate it.

A way of working that suits most agencies

  1. Create one invitation per client. Pick the occasion and a design, then fill in the details (Create your first invitation).
  2. Send your client the link. The invitation is already online before you pay. Your client sees a notice at the top saying it isn’t final yet; you, logged in as the creator, see a bar for activating it (Can I take a look before I pay?).
  3. Work in their comments and activate the invitation once your client approves it.
  4. Share the link with the guests, or leave that to your client.

Costs

One invitation costs €19. If you create them regularly, a credit bundle works out cheaper: 10 events for €99 (price checked on 22-10-2026). See Save with a credit bundle for how it works. For an invoice in your company’s name, follow Getting an invoice.

Letting clients review

A colleague login (Adding colleagues) gives access to every invitation in your account, including other clients’ invitations, so it isn’t meant for clients. Let them review through the link and ask for comments by email or WhatsApp. Later on you can pass the responses to your client as a list (Download your guest list).

Prefer your own name under the invitation? With custom branding, your footer appears under every invitation (Your own logo and branding).
