Reach guests where they scroll
Instagram is visual and fast. Share your Eventinfo invite with a matching image and a clear call to action. Use your bio link or the Story Link sticker so guests can open the invitation and RSVP in one tap.
Find your social images
When your invite is ready, Eventinfo automatically creates matching social images. You’ll find them on your invite dashboard under Social images. Download the square image for the feed and the story-format image for Stories.
Post an invite on your feed
Share a clean, static post to announce your event:
- Open Instagram and tap + → Post.
- Select the square Eventinfo image.
- Add a short caption with date/time and a clear call to action.
- Tell people to tap the link in your bio to open the invite.
- Publish. Pin the post to your profile for extra visibility.
💡
Update your bio with your Eventinfo link before posting. Add “RSVP via link in bio” to the first line of your caption.
Share an invite via Instagram Stories
Stories get quick attention and support direct links:
- Tap + → Story and pick the story-format image.
- Add the Link sticker and paste your Eventinfo invite link.
- Include one short line (date or “Tap to RSVP”).
- Share to your Story or Close Friends for targeted reach.
Use Reels for extra reach
Reels can boost discovery when you need more eyes:
- Tap + → Reel and add a simple clip (or the image with motion).
- Keep it under 10 seconds with bold text (event name + date).
- In the caption, tell people “Link in bio to RSVP”.
- Also add the image to Stories with a Link sticker for direct clicks.
Share invites in DMs and group chats
Direct messages feel personal and convert well:
- Open the chat or create a small group.
- Paste your Eventinfo invite link with a short note.
- Follow up once — close to the date — with the same link.
⚠️
Links in feed captions aren’t clickable. Use your bio link or the Story Link sticker. Avoid sharing private addresses in public posts.
Keep your look consistent
Your Eventinfo images match your invite design, so no extra edits are needed. Use the square image for the feed, the story image for Stories, and repeat the same title and date across formats to build recognition.
Next steps
Want to reach even more guests? Reuse the same image on Facebook and share the invite link via WhatsApp and email. One link, one design, clean RSVPs — you’re in control.
