Share your invite with a QR code

Make it easy to open and RSVP

A QR Code invitation saves everyone time. Guests point their camera, tap the preview, and your Eventinfo invite opens—no typing long links. It’s perfect for wedding cards, birthday flyers, baby showers, school events, or a printed save-the-date.

Find and download your QR code

Open your invite in Eventinfo. On your invite dashboard, go to the QR section and download your QR as PNG or SVG. This code links straight to your Eventinfo page and RSVP.

Print a QR code on cards and flyers

Use sizes and layout that scan fast and look good on paper:

  • Invitation cards (A6/A5): QR at least 2.5–3 cm wide near a clean corner.
  • Flyers and posters: 5–8 cm wide for arm’s-length scanning.
  • Keep high contrast (dark code on light background).
  • Leave clear white space around the code (quiet zone).
  • Add a small prompt: “Scan to RSVP” or “Scan for details”.

Place your QR where guests can scan

Think about how and where people read your invite:

  • Bottom-right of a wedding or birthday card (easy to spot, not in the way).
  • Front of a save-the-date postcard with a short caption.
  • Corner of a school or club flyer near the date and venue details.
  • On table tents or signage at the venue for late RSVP or updated info.

Share the same QR online

Use your QR in digital places too:

  • Drop the QR image into a family group chat as a quick “scan to RSVP”.
  • Add it to a story or reel as a reminder the week before.
  • Include it in a PDF or email for guests who prefer printing.

Update details without reprinting

Your QR always points to your Eventinfo invite. If the time or address changes, just update the invite—your printed QR Code invitation still works and takes guests to the latest details.
