Several venues on one day

The Directions button works for one address. Put a second venue in your invitation text as a link, so guests can find that one with one tap as well.

Which address gets the button?

Choose the place most guests go to first. Say Elizabeth and James marry at the register office at 2 pm, the party is at Kingsway Grand Hall in the evening, and most guests only come to the party. Then the hall gets the button and the register office a link.

Adding the second address as a link

  1. Look up the venue in Google Maps and copy its link (via Share).
  2. Open your invitation with Edit webpage.
  3. Select the text that should become the link, for example “Register office”.
  4. Click the link button in the text bar, paste the link and confirm.
  5. Click Next to save.

More about links in your text in Adding a link to your text.

Add the times. A short programme tells guests when to be where: 2 pm ceremony, 8 pm party. See Adding a schedule for the day.
