For a party, a short invitation with a clear date works best. Share the link in the group chat and let guests use RSVP to tell you how many are coming.
Choose Party. Under the photo you’ll see examples such as birthday, housewarming, graduation and goodbye party. Fill in the Name of the party, for example “Sophie turns 40”, plus the date, time and address.
Copy the link and put it on the first line of your message. WhatsApp then shows a preview with the image of your invitation. More in Sending an invitation on WhatsApp.
In the RSVP, guests choose Yes, No or Maybe and fill in the Number of Guests. That also tells you whether someone is bringing a partner or the kids. You’ll find the totals in your dashboard (View your RSVP responses).
Only half the replies in after a week? A short reminder with the same link usually does the trick (Reminding guests).
