You can share a birth announcement on the day itself if you like. For a baby shower, sip and see or christening, create a separate invitation later on, with RSVP and directions.
Choose Birth and a design. In the details, fill in the Name of the baby and the Birth date. The Baby shower date field can stay empty if there’s no party (yet).
Photos from your phone work straight away, HEIC included (Add or replace a photo). No party planned? Switch off RSVP, Add to calendar and Directions via Change details (Updating your event settings); the announcement looks calmer that way.
For a party you do want to know who’s coming. Create a new invitation, or duplicate the birth announcement and adapt it (Duplicating an invitation). Enter the date, time and address of the party and leave RSVP switched on (Turn on RSVP and set it up).
Most parents send the link through WhatsApp, to the family group or to friends one by one (Sending an invitation on WhatsApp). Anyone not on the app can get the invitation by email (Sending by e-mail through Eventinfo.pro).
