You request a pro account with the form on the For professionals page. After that you add one setting to your domain name, and we take care of the rest.
How it works
- Fill in the form. Your name, the type of organisation and an estimate of the number of events per month. You can’t pay for the subscription online yet; we’ll get in touch with you.
- Choose the address of your app. Usually a subdomain of your own website, such as app.yourcompany.com. Your website itself keeps working as before.
- Add the DNS record. We send you the record you need. Whoever manages your domain or website adds it at your provider in a few minutes.
- We connect the domain to your app and arrange the security certificate. Your app is usually ready within one working day.

Not just anyone can create an account in your app. Registration only works with an invitation link from you or a colleague. That keeps the app your organisation’s own.
