What does your client see in the overview?

Your client sees a calm page with the event name, date and place, and below that the RSVPs and the guestbook. Editing isn’t possible; looking, searching and downloading are.

The RSVP tab

  • Three counters: yes, maybe and no. The large numbers are people, with the number of replies underneath.
  • A list of all replies, with a search box. Handy when the family wants to know whether Aunt Margaret has replied yet.
  • Download as CSV (Excel), for the caterer or the seating plan. Printing works too.

The guestbook tab

All messages, photos and replies. That includes messages guests marked as private: your client is the host, after all. Messages you deleted aren’t shown. Your client can download everything here as well.

What else is on the page

At the top, a short note that you shared the overview and that it’s a private link. At the bottom, your logo and details, just like on the invitation (Your logo and details under every invitation). Eventinfo.pro isn’t mentioned anywhere.

How long does the link work?

As long as the invitation hasn’t been deleted and your account is active. Also after the event, and also if you move the invitation to the archive. Search engines don’t index the page.

Take a look yourself first. With Open link in the Share with your client window you see exactly what your client sees.
