Emails in your organisation's name

The invitation email to guests goes out under your organisation’s name. If a guest replies to it, the message lands in your inbox.

What guests see

  • Sender: the name you entered under Organisation name (Your logo and details under every invitation). If you left it empty, it’s your own name.
  • At the bottom of the email: a line saying the invitation was sent on behalf of your organisation, with your email address, website and phone number.
  • Links in the email point to your own address, such as app.yourcompany.com.

The email is in the language of the invitation. How to send the invitation by email is explained in Sending by e-mail through Eventinfo.pro.

Replies from guests

When a guest hits reply in their email program, the message goes to you. The same applies to the email with the client overview (Sharing RSVPs and the guestbook with your client).

Prefer your own sender address?

When you send the invitation from the app, the sender address is always noreply@eventinfo.pro. Many email programs show that address next to your organisation’s name. It keeps the emails out of spam folders.

If you want guests to see only your address, send the invitation from your own mailbox. Have the formatted email sent to yourself and forward it to your guests, with their addresses in BCC. How that works is explained in Forward the invitation yourself.
