What is a pro account?

A pro account is an invitation app of your own, on a web address of your company, such as app.yourcompany.com. Your name and logo appear at the bottom of every invitation, instead of Eventinfo.pro’s.

What you get

• Your own web address. Every invitation lives on your domain, not on app.eventinfo.pro (Requesting a pro account and connecting your domain).
• Your logo and details at the bottom of every invitation, like the sender’s address on the back of a printed card (Your logo and details under every invitation).
• Your own templates. Save an invitation as a template and start from it next time. The Eventinfo.pro collection is still there, filtered to the kind of events you send (Saving and using your own templates).
• Colleagues in the same account. You invite them with a link, and only people with such a link can create an account (Inviting colleagues with an invitation link).
• An overview for your client. With Share with your client you give the family or the couple a private link to the replies and the guestbook (Sharing RSVPs and the guestbook with your client).
• Emails in your name. The invitation email to guests goes out under your organisation’s name, and replies come to you (Emails in your organisation's name).

Who is it for?

Anyone who sends invitations regularly, on behalf of others or for their own organisation. Funeral directors, wedding planners, event agencies and venues, but also an HR team or a club. You’ll find examples per industry in By industry.

If you send something for your business a few times a year, a regular account with a credit bundle is often enough (Save with a credit bundle).
