Most professionals work in the same order: pick a template, fill in the details, let the client have a look, activate, and then share the overview.
Step by step
- Start with your own template. Click New invitation and choose the right starting point under Your templates (Saving and using your own templates).
- Fill in your client’s details and choose a web address that suits the event, the couple’s names for instance (Your invitation's web address).
- Send your client the link to take a look. The invitation is online before you activate it, with a bar saying it isn’t final yet (Can I take a look before I pay?).
- Work in the comments and activate with a credit as soon as your client approves (What does a pro account cost?).
- Send the invitation by email from your app, or give your client the link for WhatsApp (All the ways to share your invitation).
- Share the overview with Share with your client, so your client can follow the replies and messages (Sharing RSVPs and the guestbook with your client).
After the event
Move the invitation to the Archive. Your dashboard stays tidy, and the client overview keeps working (Archive or delete). Only delete an invitation once your client has downloaded everything: the overview disappears with it.
Turn a successful invitation into a new template. If the family liked a particular text or layout, keep it with Save as template for next time.
