With Share with your client you create a private link to an overview of the RSVPs and the guestbook. Your client can only look, needs no account and always sees the latest state.
Creating the link
- In your dashboard, open the RSVP or guestbook page of the invitation and click Share with your client at the top. You can also use the invitation’s menu (the three dots).
- Under Show in the overview, tick what your client may see: RSVP, Guestbook or both.
- Under Recipient (optional), enter your client’s name and email address.
- Click Create link.
Sending the link
With Send by email your client gets a short email with a button to the overview. It’s in the language of the invitation and comes from your name. If your client replies, the answer lands in your inbox. Prefer WhatsApp or your own email? Click Copy and paste the link wherever you like.
Changing or withdrawing it later
- Different choice for RSVP or guestbook? Change the tick and click Save. The link stays the same.
- New link creates a new address. The old link stops working immediately, which helps if it has been forwarded.
- Switch off link closes the overview completely.
You can’t tick a part that’s switched off for the invitation. Switch the RSVP or guestbook on first via

Updating your event settings).
