Business use: which account suits you?

For business use you have two options: a regular account, where you pay per invitation or with credits, or a pro account with your own app on your company’s address.

A regular account

Handy if you organise something a few times a year, such as a farewell or New Year drinks. You can start straight away, no request needed.

• You pay €19 per invitation, or €99 for a bundle of ten (Save with a credit bundle). Prices checked on 27-10-2026.
• You add your company details to your account, so you can request an invoice in your company’s name (Getting an invoice).
• Colleagues get their own login in the same account (Adding colleagues).
• You can add your logo to the design as an image. The bottom of the invitation does say “made with eventinfo.pro” (Your own logo on an invitation).

A pro account

Meant for anyone who makes invitations regularly, often on behalf of clients: funeral directors, wedding planners, event agencies, venues or an HR team. You get your own app on an address such as app.yourcompany.com, with:

• your logo and details at the bottom of every invitation, instead of Eventinfo.pro’s (Your logo and details under every invitation);
• your own templates (Saving and using your own templates);
• colleagues you invite with a link (Inviting colleagues with an invitation link);
• a private link for your client to the replies and the guestbook (Sharing RSVPs and the guestbook with your client).

The subscription is €45 a month, plus credits for the invitations (What does a pro account cost?). You request it on the For professionals page (Requesting a pro account and connecting your domain).
