A venue can offer invitations as part of a booking. With a pro account your name and address appear under every invitation, and guests know straight away how to find you.

Two ways to use it

• As a service with a booking. You make the invitation for the couple or company celebrating with you, or give them a template to start from.
• For your own events. Tastings, open days, a Christmas dinner: you invite your regulars and see who’s coming.

Your venue on every invitation

Put your address in your templates, so the Directions button is right from the start (Turn on the Directions button). Parking or the entrance hard to find? Add a short pointer to the text. The footer shows your logo, your address in the short line and your website (Your logo and details under every invitation).

Replies and the run sheet

The RSVP tells you how many guests to expect. Download the list for the kitchen or the staff (Download your guest list). If a client is hosting the party, give them their own overview with Share with your client (Sharing RSVPs and the guestbook with your client).
