For wedding planners

For a wedding planner, the invitation is part of the service. With a pro account it lives on your address and in your branding, and the couple never sees that there’s a tool behind it.

From save the date to guestbook

  1. A save the date as soon as the date and venue are fixed, with the button to add the date to a calendar (When should you send a save the date?).
  2. The invitation with the programme, directions and an RSVP. Guests give the number of people there, and can mention a dietary need in the message (What do guests see when they RSVP?).
  3. The guestbook for congratulations and photos after the day (Turn on the guestbook).

A step-by-step plan for a wedding is in A wedding: from save the date to guestbook.

Working with the couple

Let the couple look at the link before you activate. Once it’s sent, give them their own overview of who’s coming with Share with your client (Sharing RSVPs and the guestbook with your client). That way they don’t need to keep asking you how things stand, and you stay in charge.

For the caterer and the seating plan, download the list as Excel (Download your guest list). The couple can do that too, from their overview.

Working faster

Save your best invitations as templates and let new couples choose from them (Saving and using your own templates). In the collection you can filter on wedding cards, with or without a photo. A custom illustration or the couple’s monogram goes into the design as an image.

Regular wedding venues? Make a template per venue with the address and directions already filled in.
