For clubs and associations

A club has something to celebrate or organise every season. With a pro account all those invitations are in one place, with your club’s name and logo underneath.

What you use it for

• Parties and anniversaries, from the end-of-season party to the 75th anniversary.
• Tournaments and clinics, with sign-ups per team or per person through the RSVP.
• The general meeting, with the agenda in the text and a button to add the date to a calendar (Turn on the Add to calendar button).

Reaching members

Paste the link into a team’s group chat, put a QR code on the poster in the clubhouse (A QR code on your card or flyer), or email the member list (Sending by e-mail through Eventinfo.pro). An email comes from your club’s name (Emails in your organisation's name).

Letting volunteers help

The board or the events committee can join in through an invitation link (Inviting colleagues with an invitation link). When the committee changes, remove old logins and invite the new members. The invitations and templates simply stay in the account.

Does someone only need to see the replies, like the treasurer for the catering? Give them a private link with Share with your client (Sharing RSVPs and the guestbook with your client).
